Paul N. Eklund

Paul has made his home in Colorado for the last 50 years, though he often visits his hometown of San Diego. He was attracted to the real estate profession from an early age. As a teenager he spent weekends working on apartment buildings for his family. In college, at Oregon State, he studied engineering and spent a semester abroad in the Netherlands where he helped build dams. Paul served as an officer in the U.S. Navy. After his service he settled in Colorado and began building log cabins with beetle kill wood. From there he went on to build apartments and condominiums in the Vail area before moving to Boulder and settling into commercial real estate.
